Pablo & Tracy Snowden
A few years ago I purchased an unbroken 2 year old gelding, who at the time seemed so sweet and placid and had such an obliging nature. Or so I thought… Pablo soon grew up and found his true self, becoming increasingly cheeky and constantly testing his dominance, or should I say the lack of mine! Even though I had numerous horses over the years, I soon realised that I was way out of my depth and I knew that if I had attempted to train this horse by myself there was a good chance things wouldn’t have worked out well, for me or the horse. For this reason, I’m so glad that I sought the professional help of a truly talented and patient horse/people trainer – Karen White.
Karen has been such a great help to me and my horse. We attend regular clinics and training sessions and with Karen’s advice and mentoring Pablo is coming along so well. The benefit of taking my young horse to Karen’s, which means taking him away from his paddock friends, is that this he gets to experience different things and different horses all while under the watchful eye of Karen. Karen explains everything clearly and is so patient with the horse and rider, never trying to push the horse into something they’re not ready for.
I feel the foundation training of any horse is so crucial to the success and happiness of their future, no matter what discipline you chose. I recommend the horsemanship training & the support that Karen White gives unconditionally, whether you have a young horse you are starting or just need to re-tweak some little quirky things from a more experienced horse, Karen can help you all whilst being in a fun and safe environment.
Thank you Karen for all that you do!! Xxx
